Class Refunds & Credits
Full refunds are available until 24 hours before your 1st class begins.
If you email maura@frankhamiltonschool.org to cancel your registration 24 hours before your 2nd or 3rd class begins, a partial prorated school credit minus a $10 cancellation fee can be given. If your class has met 3 times or it is less than 24 hours before your 3rd class, no refund is available.
Please specify in your cancellation email whether you would like credit for a future class or a check made payable to the original payer, sent to the address on the registration form.
Class Cancellations
The Frank Hamilton School periodically may find it necessary to cancel a class. If your class is canceled by the school, you will be notified and given the option to 1) move to another class that same term (space permitting), 2) receive a credit for a class in the next term, or 3) receive a refund of your tuition.
In the event of a canceled class, we would love to help you find an alternate activity! We want to make sure your experience with FHS is as pleasant as possible. If you anticipate a need to move classes, drop out from your current class, or have other issues attending please email maura@frankhamiltonschool.org before the 3rd class.
Student-initiated cancellations are subject to the class refund and credit policy listed above in the Class Refunds & Credits section.
Photo Permissions
By registering for this class, I grant the Frank Hamilton School (FHS) permission to photograph or video my participation in the Frank Hamilton School’s education programs. I also grant FHS permission to use my likeness in a promotional capacity, including but not limited to print materials, web site, print, online or out of home media, and other media now or later developed; as well as permission to share photography and video including my likeness for use by media publications, including social media platforms, and institutions that fund FHS operations and programs.
Animals
Please refrain from bringing animals into the school building, other than certified service animals. They are more than welcome at our outside jams as long as they are on a leash and not within the jam circle itself.
